Sarah A. Kilgore

Associate

Sarah Kilgore focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare companies and providers. She represents clients in matters of negligence and Section 1983 deliberate indifference cases against medical and mental health providers. She also has previous appellate experience having completed an internship with Justice Berger of the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Sarah earned her J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2025, where she served as the Bluebook Chief of Campbell Law Review as well as the President of the Health Law Association and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2020 with a B.A. in both Psychology and Theatre along with minors in Pre-Law and French.
