Sarah K. Prager is a Partner in the firm’s New York office. She has specific experience in defending a broad array of clients, including attorneys, engineers, general contractors, and property owners, against claims involving malpractice, labor law violations, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, municipal liability, and employment discrimination in New York state and federal courts.

Prior to joining GRSM, Sarah was an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department. She was responsible for defending The City of New York in high exposure civil lawsuits from pre-trial through trial. Sarah’s unique trial experience and extensive pre-trial skills make her a valuable addition to the GRSM team.
