Caroline Cole maintains a practice focused on environmental and toxic tort, product liability, food and beverage, commercial litigation, and asbestos and talc matters. She represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from initial case development through trial.

Caroline’s practice spans a broad range of complex civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on defending corporations in product liability and toxic tort matters, involving asbestos, cosmetic talc, and other commercial product claims involving personal injury and wrongful death. She also has substantial experience in agricultural litigation, representing clients in disputes arising from pesticide and herbicide application and crop loss claims, as well as in food and beverage litigation matters involving personal injury claims, product recalls, and class action lawsuits. Across these varied matters, Caroline is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and drafting responsive pleadings to managing written discovery, preparing and arguing dispositive and pre-trial motions, taking and defending depositions, assisting in trial preparation, drafting and arguing pre-trial motions, and trial.
