Caroline Cole focuses her practice in environmental & toxic tort, product liability, food & beverage, commercial litigation, and asbestos & talc matters. Caroline handles cases from inception through trial. She aggressively pursues her clients’ interests at every step in the litigation process.

Caroline’s practice focuses on defending corporations, in products liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, cosmetic talcum powder, and typical commercial products, involving personal injury and wrongful death. She participates in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting and arguing dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; taking and defending depositions; assisting in trial preparation; drafting and arguing motions; and attending trial.

  • Member of National Coordinating Counsel Team for premises owner and product manufacturer.
  • Assisted as National Trial Counsel for product manufacturers and premises owners in various matters.
