Scott A. Wilson has been representing employers for more than 40 years. In that time, Scott has helped many clients resolve or prevent legal problems arising from employment issues. Prior to joining GRSM, he was a partner and senior shareholder with the largest employment law firm in the country.

While Scott’s practice covers all aspects of labor relations and employment law, he has a strong background in traditional labor law involving union management relations, including practice before the National Labor Relations Board.

In addition to providing representation and counsel to employers throughout Southern California, Scott’s practice involves active representation of Indian gaming employers nationwide. He offers advice and representation in all matters pertaining to labor relations and employment law.

Scott is highly knowledgeable about recent developments in labor relations and employment law as it affects employers. As this is the sole focus of his practice, he stays current with changes and offers advice and representation in all matters pertaining to labor relations and employment law.
