Scott Small represents individuals and corporations of various sizes in commercial and criminal litigation. Scott appears on behalf of his clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, mediation, pre-trial settlement conferences, and in front of administrative and regulatory agencies.

Scott began his career with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, in Indianapolis, handling hundreds of cases, ranging from fraud to domestic violence. As a prosecutor, Scott brought 18 cases to trial. This experience has equipped Scott with the skills to quickly cut to the heart of a dispute, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of all parties’ legal positions, and counsel clients through the litigation process, resulting in prompt and reasonable resolutions.
