Sean Gallagher focuses his practice on labor and employment. He represents clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor with certificates in Business Law and Entertainment Law at Chapman University Fowler School of Law. There he earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and served as Executive Program Editor of the Chapman Law Review, directing its annual Symposium, entitled A Future-Proof Constitution: Exploring the Effects of Modernization on Constitutional Law. He also served as Academic Fellow for Constitutional Law and competed as a member of the Moot Court Competition Board.

Prior to joining GRSM, Sean worked in various legal and consulting roles involving intellectual property, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and commercial and international tax.
