With more than a decade of legal experience, Shana Stuckey represents businesses in complex litigation involving data privacy, cybersecurity, healthcare information, and emerging technologies. Her practice focuses on class actions and disputes arising from data breaches, privacy claims, and other technology-related matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Shana spent nearly a decade as a consumer defense litigator and held leadership roles overseeing teams of attorneys and litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. She also served in an operational role supporting a global data, analytics, and artificial intelligence team within a multinational technology company, providing her with firsthand insight into the business and technology considerations that shape modern disputes.
