Shannon E. Mallory focuses her practice on commercial litigation and the defense of motor vehicle, trucking, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death lawsuits in California state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience handling a variety of civil liability disputes, including the defense of landlords in lawsuits arising in rent-controlled jurisdictions throughout Northern California.

Shannon’s experience in all phases of litigation allows her to provide clients with a high level of service. While always prepared to aggressively advocate on behalf of her clients, she remains focused on practical solutions and understands the importance of pre-litigation dispute resolution and preventative measures that may help avoid the expense of costly litigation. She is experienced in all stages of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, and has significant experience arguing law and motion hearings.
