Shea Kleinman is an attorney practicing in the area of commercial litigation. He has litigated complex matters in both state and federal courts. During his career, he has advised and represented companies of all sizes as well as individuals in a variety of commercial matters. Before joining GRSM, Shea focused his Practice in Federal Admiralty and Maritime cases along with extensive work with the Office of Administrative Law Judges.

During law school, Shea was a member of Moot Court and the Board of Trial Advocates and served as Vice President of the Jewish Law Students Association. He received multiple honors for advocacy and academic excellence, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Civil Procedure, along with placing as a semi-finalist in the Billings Exum Frye Moot Court Competition and the Estrella LLC Trial Competition, he also earned a division championship at the USC law Trial Competition.
