Simon I. Megally is an Associate in the Chicago office of GRSM. Simon’s practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage, litigation cyber security and data privacy. 

Prior to joining GRSM, he was an associate attorney at a prominent Chicago-based litigation defense firm where he handled premise liability, personal injury, medical negligence, and product liability lawsuits. 

Simon earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law. During his time at Loyola, he earned Dean’s List honors on multiple occasions, was a captain of the Civil Law Mock Trial team, and was a senior editor of the Consumer Law Review publication.
