Sobia’s expertise extends to third-party liability matters, first-party property claims, complex insurance disputes, and statutory and common law bad faith claims.

Before joining GRSM, Sobia built extensive litigation experience defending insurers in both first-party and third-party cases. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges.

In addition to her litigation practice, Sobia previously served as a Certified Guardian ad Litem, where she investigated the needs of abused and neglected children and advocated for their best interests by presenting detailed reports to the court. This experience underscores her commitment to justice and her ability to handle sensitive and high-stakes matters with care and professionalism.
