Sreenivasa Rao (Sreenu) Dandamudi is a regulatory and governance leader with deep experience across healthcare, utilities, and complex public-sector environments, bringing a track record of advising on enterprise risk, compliance, and strategic decision-making in highly regulated industries. As a former administrative judge on a statewide administrative court with jurisdiction spanning virtually every segment of state regulation, he presided over complex cases which included regulation of healthcare, taxation, cannabis, and environmental permitting.

Prior to being an administrative judge, Sreenu served as General Counsel to a state medical board, overseeing regulatory compliance, enforcement strategy, and legal risk across a broad healthcare licensing framework, while advising on legislative, policy, and operational matters.

Sreenu’s past corporate board experience includes service as Vice-Chair of Affinia Healthcare, where he served on the Finance and Audit Committee and the Planning Committee. Sreenu was also appointed by the St. Louis County Executive to serve as a founding director of the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership in 2013, where he served as a member of the Budget and Audit Committee and the Nominations Committee.
