Stephan Wangsgard has more than 25 years of litigation experience. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in state courts across Oklahoma, handling a wide range of matters such as personal injury, premises liability, general liability, product liability, construction defects, and insurance coverage issues.

Stephan has worked all aspects of appeals, including appellate briefing before the Oklahoma Supreme Court, the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Stephan thrives on working first-hand with clients and insurance claim representatives as to all aspects of defending claims to insure positive client relationships and successful case outcomes.

Summary judgment on First Amendment free speech case. Upheld on appeal.
Several summary judgments on excessive use of force cases alleging Fourth Amendment/Section 1983 cases. Upheld on appeal.
Summary judgment on wrongful termination case. Upheld on appeal.
Numerous other summary judgments on cases filed under a variety of Oklahoma and federal statutes.
