Stephanie E. Boutsicaris

Senior Counsel

Stephanie Boutsicaris concentrates her practice on representing both individuals and companies in the prosecution and defense of complex civil litigation claims involving personal injury, the Colorado Premises Liability Act, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, property damage, and labor and employment. She has developed a reputation for having a high attention to detail and zealously advocating on behalf of her clients.

Stephanie’s colleagues regularly trust her with the most complex and challenging cases because of her ability to grasp highly technical claims and complex fact patterns – no stone will be left unturned when Stephanie is assigned to a case.

Stephanie gained extensive trial and courtroom experience working as a public defender at the Arapahoe County Office of the Colorado State Public Defender and the Northern Mariana Islands Public Defender and has tried more than 20 jury trials in her career, both as first and second chair.

Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Virginia in 2012, and she received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2017. Before attending law school, Stephanie worked as an investigator for the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia and the Louisiana Capital Assistance Center where she defended indigent criminal defendants and individuals facing the death penalty. In those roles, Stephanie developed a knack for creative and thorough fact investigation that has benefitted her clients throughout her legal career.
