Stephanie Boutsicaris concentrates her practice on representing both individuals and companies in the prosecution and defense of complex civil litigation claims involving personal injury, the Colorado Premises Liability Act, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, property damage, and labor and employment. - Successfully litigated a motion striking $1.4 million in damages in a construction defect claim.
- Drafted a petition that resulted in the Court vacating a client’s decade-old guilty plea and dismissal of all charges based upon Constitutional defects in the guilty plea.
- Successfully litigated a motion pursuant to CRS § 13-16-103 requiring a plaintiff to pay filing fees based upon the plaintiff’s bad faith litigation, the first known successful motion on such basis in Colorado state courts.
- Successfully moved for summary judgment on behalf of a corporate client facing claims of defamation and false imprisonment.
