Stephen Zajonc has litigated cases in Texas courts for almost twenty years covering personal injury matters, business disputes, and even criminal representation. He is a litigator that has tried cases to judges and juries alike. He has taken cases from their infancy from the initial pleadings all the way through discovery, depositions, mediation, trial, and appeal. Stephen has argued countless motions to judges covering topics to best serve his clients’ interest. He takes a realistic, creative, and pragmatic approach to litigation and understands that each client has a unique strategic goal and Stephen uses his experience inside and outside the courtroom to best achieve that objective.
