Stoyna Novakova focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters.

As a student clinician in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, Stoyna assisted clients in resolving family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support disputes.

Earlier in her career, Stoyna gained litigation experience handling first-party auto No-Fault (PIP) claims, third-party auto negligence actions, and insurance coverage disputes.

Stoyna also brings a strong scientific background to her legal practice. She previously served as a Research Lab Manager in the Department of Molecular & Integrative Physiology and contributed to multiple large-scale research projects. Her work includes co-authorship of several peer-reviewed publications and a U.S. patent application related to tissue-engineered tendon constructs.
