Sunita Trelles focuses her practice on a broad range of civil litigation matters. With more than 15 years of litigation experience, she has secured favorable defense verdicts and is known for her strategic approach to high-stakes litigation. Sunita has successfully utilized the innovative “reverse reptile” approach to defend some of America’s largest corporations against complex, high-exposure claims.

Sunita’s practice includes automobile liability, employment law (Title VII), first-party property, nursing home defense, premises liability, and product liability matters. She also serves as a trusted advisor to corporate clients on time-demands, bad faith exposure, and proactive risk management.
