Susan A. Jackson has extensive litigation and trial experience in both state and federal court with cases involving catastrophic head injuries, complex product liability and toxic tort litigation. In her forty years of practice, Ms. Jackson has tried cases, argued appeals, represented clients before administrative agencies, defended professionals before various licensing boards, and consulted with clients on litigation avoidance and insurance coverage.  Her areas of practice include product liability, toxic torts, professional liability, asbestos and construction.

Ms. Jackson represents both large and small companies in asbestos litigation. She is a member of the Massachusetts Asbestos Defense Executive Committee, which regularly meets with Defense Liaison Counsel to discuss on-going strategy for handling the litigation and establishing procedures for the efficient and cost-effective resolution of the defense docket.

Ms. Jackson has received a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating from her peers which signifies preeminent legal ability and the highest ethical standards.  For the last decade, she also has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
