Susan Kaczmarczyk is an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Products & General Liability practice group. She specializes in litigating complex product liability and commercial matters in both federal and state courts across the United States.

Susan earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.

After law school, Susan served as an Agency Attorney for the New York City Department of Social Services, working in the Support and Lien Recovery Litigation Unit. In this role, she represented the City of New York in child support and paternity cases.

Before joining GRSM, Susan was an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases, including attempted murder, burglary, robbery, assault, and firearm possession.
