Suzanne M. Roberts has extensive experience defending companies in litigation involving product and premises liability, employment disputes, personal injury, as well as commercial creditor conflicts. She has practiced in both state and federal courts in a variety of states, with first chair jury and bench trial experience.

She focuses her practice on environmental and toxic tort, commercial litigation, and employment matters. Suzanne handles a wide variety of complex litigation for clients, including commercial disputes, toxic tort claims, and employment and business conflicts.
