Tal Wolf is a UC Berkeley and UCLA School of Law alumnus with over 25 years’ experience devoted to a wide range of legal work including a federal judicial externship, several years as an associate in the commercial/franchise litigation group of an Am-Law 50 national law corporation, 13 years running a boutique trial practice in Los Angeles handling a variety of state and federal cases covering business, real estate, labor and employment, consumer tort, entertainment and intellectual property and felony defense, and eight years as senior counsel for a top-tier family and estates firm in Vancouver, British Columbia handling high net-worth property- and business division. Tal has led over 34 jury trials to verdict in in the civil and criminal arenas, plus dozens of bench trials (including in Canada), administrative hearings and arbitrations. He also continues to serve as Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Court of California across several counties, having presided over more than 500 trials in limited jurisdiction cases.

Currently, Tal focuses his practice on the defense of a broad variety of civil claims on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, nation-wide franchisors, large-scale privately owned chains, small businesses and individuals in the context of personal injury matters and product liability and warranties, contract claims, business disputes including commercial lease disputes, ADA matters, transactional fraud and professional malpractice and in all forums ranging from private arbitration, to the State and Federal District Courts throughout California.
