- Kalajian v. Calidi Biotherapeutics, Inc. et al., — Affirmed trial court’s disqualification of Plaintiff’s attorney based on previous representation of defendants.
- Brickfire LLC v. Aetna Life Insurance Company – Obtained dismissal of state law claims arguing they were preempted under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
- John Attenello MD v. Aetna Life Insurance Company – Obtained dismissal of state law claims for failure to exhaust administrative remedies and preemption under the Medicare Act.
- Young v. Mercury Insurance – Obtained strike of complaint under California’s Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation framework (“Anti-SLAPP”) after successfully demonstrating plaintiff’s claims stemmed from protected activity and neither claim had a probability of success.
