Tatiana Berger focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, including internal investigations, human resources audits, and the defense and counsel of employers in employment-related matters. She also has experience in breach of contract disputes, trade secret matters, and other business litigation needs.

In addition to her employment practice, Tatiana maintains a trusts, estates, and probate practice that includes conservatorship petitions, trust drafting, and appearances in probate court. Tatiana has experience practicing in multiple states, appearing in state and federal courts, and providing counsel in multiple jurisdictions. She has served in her legal capacity as a conservator and private fiduciary in connection with trust and estate matters.
