Thomas J. Felman

Senior Counsel

Thomas J. Felman focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in all stages of litigation including appeals. Thomas works primarily on cases involving complex tort claims, business disputes, and insurance coverage analysis. To help resolve cases for clients, Thomas works to efficiently and thoroughly investigate claims, evaluate risk, and advise on reasonable outcomes. Thomas has also worked on several trials involving multi-million dollar claims and helped secure defense verdicts or verdicts for a fraction of the value asked for by the opposing party.

During law school, Thomas gained substantial appellate experience through completing Saint Louis University’s Moot Court program, serving on Saint Louis University’s Moot Court Board, and competing in the Giles Sutherlin Rich Moot Court Competition, in Houston Texas in the Spring of 2023. Thomas was also a law clerk for an intellectual property practice group drafting substantial briefs for lawsuits and appeals involving copyrights, trademarks, and patents during his third year in school.
