Thomas W. Richardson is a member of the Louisville office of GRSM. Tom is a member of the firm’s Construction practice group and Steel Team. He brings extensive hands-on experience from working in-house with a steel fabricator for several years. His practice is focused on representation of steel fabricators and other construction clients in litigation of construction disputes and complex litigation cases across the country, including claims for non-payment, delay and acceleration, defective work, contracts, and surety bond issues.
