Tiffany Y. Gruenberg

Associate

Tiffany Gruenberg focuses her practice on environmental and toxic tort matters. She has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in California state courts and is known for crafting innovative legal strategies that have led to successful case dismissals. Tiffany is especially skilled at stepping into complex cases midstream, providing sharp evaluations and preparing matters for mediation and trial.

Tiffany earned her J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law, where she was recognized for academic excellence and legal writing. She served as a teaching assistant in core subjects and volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County. She later returned to La Verne as an adjunct professor, teaching Legal Environment of Business. Before law school, Tiffany earned her M.S.W. from USC and worked in mental health services supporting children, families, and veterans.

In addition to her practice of environmental and toxic tort litigation, she is dedicated to acquiring additional knowledge on cybersecurity and data privacy and how to navigate the legal frameworks of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, Web 3.0 and NFT technology and development. She also is passionate about establishing a working knowledge of the emerging technologies of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning that are utilized in InsurTech and Real Estate Tech.
