Todd A. Bowers is a Partner in the Seattle office of GRSM. He is a member of the firm’s Insurance and Professional Liability Defense practice groups.

Todd has completed civil jury trials throughout Western Washington State including trials in Snohomish County Superior Court, King County District and Superior Court, Pierce County Superior Court and Thurston County Superior Court. He has managed the defense of complex trials such as traumatic brain injury cases and other cases that involve complex medical causation issues. Todd has successfully argued dispositive motions in a number of Western Washington State venues during his career. His professional liability defense includes representing architect and design professionals, attorneys, real estate brokers, appraisers and insurance agents. Todd has lectured on trial preparation and trial management, including the voir dire process and effective cross-examining adverse expert witnesses.
