Toni Martin represents employers in charges of discrimination and lawsuits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, FLMA, ADA, ADEA, 42 U.S.C §§ 1981 and 1983 and brought under state law in Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, Toni conducts workplace investigations, employment training, and employee terminations and negotiates severance agreements.

Toni’s practice includes counseling employers on employment policies, practices, litigation avoidance techniques, executive employment contracts, and progressive discipline for employees. She also provides Title VII and Title IX trainings. Her background counseling employers and representing employers in litigation allows her to provide comprehensive and effective representation to her clients.
