Toni Martin represents employers in charges of discrimination and lawsuits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, FLMA, ADA, ADEA, 42 U.S.C §§ 1981 and 1983 and brought under state law in Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, Toni conducts workplace investigations, employment training, and employee terminations and negotiates severance agreements.
