Travis has nearly two decades of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property, financial services, and complex business disputes. His background includes representing clients in trademark and patent disputes, as well as in matters involving consumer protection statutes and lien priority issues.

He spent close to ten years representing national banks and loan servicers in litigation under TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and related laws, handling cases in both state and federal courts. He also has extensive experience in patent litigation across a range of technologies, advising clients on enforcement, defense, and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

In his trademark practice, Travis helps businesses register, protect, and enforce their marks, including handling disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). He works with clients to develop practical legal strategies that support and safeguard their business interests.
