Tyler A. Tsukazaki is an experienced litigator and practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, employment litigation, condominium association litigation, construction litigation, insurance litigation, employment and management advice, and intellectual property matters.

Tyler has helped clients prevail in various venues whether in federal and state courts, mediations, arbitrations, and before various government regulatory agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Hawaii Civil Rights Commission. Tyler’s approach has always been to understand both the short-term and long-term needs of the client, and then map out an efficient strategy to achieve those goals. Problem solving and zealous advocacy are a part of his everyday practice.

Community Involvement

In addition to his legal practice, Tyler serves as the head coach of the Kalani High School girls varsity basketball team after previously assisting the boys varsity basketball team at Maryknoll High School. He is committed to mentoring and developing student-athletes and giving back to his community.
