Tyler R. Smith is Senior Counsel in the Des Moines office of GRSM with extensive experience representing civil defense clients in a diverse range of legal fields. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical & Medical Device, Professional Liability Defense, Employment Law, Government Investigations & Enforcement Defense, and Product and General Liability practice groups. Tyler focuses his practice in the areas of products liability, personal injury, construction, and real estate litigation. As an advocate for licensed professionals, he has represented hundreds of clients in matters involving over a dozen Iowa state agencies and has successfully helped clients navigate all phases of litigation from the initial complaint through final disposition
