Tyler Tarney is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who helps clients navigate complex commercial, restrictive covenant/trade secret, and employment litigation with a focus in bet-the-company exposure, immediate injunctive relief, and other high stakes.

He has argued and won multiple Sixth Circuit appeals, successfully obtained or defeated immediate injunctive relief in six federal district courts, and served as national Liaison Counsel in the Opioid Multi-District Litigation.

He maintains a nationwide practice that has included representing clients in 17 federal district courts and a wide variety of state court, arbitration, and regulatory forums.

Tyler also teaches Electronic Discovery as an adjunct law professor. In law school, he graduated third in his class while serving on the Law Review Executive Board, clerking at a defense firm, and externing for Sixth Circuit Judge Jeffrey Sutton.
