J. Tyler Martin’s practice is focused on general and complex commercial litigation, construction defects, medical malpractice, premises liability, business tort litigation, personal injury, real estate disputes, creditors’ rights, and professional negligence/malpractice litigation. He actively represents clients in state and federal court as well as state administrative agencies in Utah, Arizona, and Colorado. He has extensive experience in post-judgment remedies and has preserved creditor’s rights through bankruptcy court.

Tyler has worked with international non-government organizations in establishing African and South American health projects aimed at the elimination of malaria and health education programs. He has served as President of the Coconino County Bar in Arizona and has volunteered at the Utah County Youth Detention Center, where he focused on educating minors on the legal process and their rights in Juvenile Court hearings.
