Tyra Carroll focuses her practice on technology transactions, sourcing, artificial intelligence, and related cybersecurity and data privacy compliance. She counsels domestic and international companies ranging from emerging companies to global industry leaders on technology services, strategic negotiations, go‑to‑market planning, privacy‑program design and implementation, website policies, and compliance with federal, state, and international laws governing artificial intelligence and data privacy.

Prior to joining GRSM, Tyra held roles advising technology and communications companies in both the public and private sectors, including positions at a national law firm, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the nation’s largest wireless trade association.
