Valentina Kuzman

Before joining GRSM, Valentina practiced as a plaintiff’s personal injury associate at a regional law firm where she handled catastrophic injury matters in Philadelphia including wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and institutional negligence. This experience gives her keen insight into how injury cases are evaluated and positioned from inception to trial. Her practice encompassed all phases of litigation from drafting complaints and dispositive motions to taking and defending depositions, navigating expert discovery, preparing for trial and negotiating resolutions.

Prior to that, Valentina served as a housing attorney where she litigated complex housing matters implicating state and federal law, disability rights under the ADA, and due process protections. Her work also involved practice at the appellate level.
