Vanja Pemac focuses her practice on commercial litigation, healthcare, and employment matters. Vanja is an experienced litigator with a breadth of knowledge in high exposure commercial and civil litigation. Vanja has successfully resolved numerous complex civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction defect, and medical malpractice claims. Her breadth of experience allows her to comprehensively evaluate matters, identify key facts, create defense strategies, and ultimately achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Vanja’s litigation background includes defending businesses in personal injury, general liability, employment, transportation, and professional liability claims. Her breadth of experience allows her to comprehensively evaluate suits and position her clients for effective resolution.

Vanja received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, where she received the Susan Steingass Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award. While in law school, Vanja gained valuable experience as a judicial extern for Justice Dallet on the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
