Vincent Bodin is a litigation attorney with more than 26 years of experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including products liability, premises liability, transportation and trucking, personal injury, and workers compensation. He has more than 20 years of insurance defense experience and has tried 50+ jury trials and 100 bench trials to verdict.

In addition to his extensive experience on the defense side, Bodin spent two years learning the highly technical aspects of termite treatment fraud litigation with a leading plaintiff’s attorney. This niche practice area requires in-depth knowledge of termite biology, treatment history, construction principles, and regulatory compliance—skills that set Bodin apart. As termite fraud claims rise—especially with the spread of Formosan termites—he is prepared to defend pest control companies against these complex and costly disputes.
