Victoria L. Pepe handles a variety of commercial litigation actions. Victoria’s experience includes preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; taking depositions; and appearing for oral argument before trial courts.

Prior to joining GRSM, Victoria defended health care professionals and medical facilities against medical malpractice claims at a law firm in Roseland, New Jersey. Victoria also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Russell J. Passamano, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Civil Division, where she assisted in motion practice and preparation of written decisions for disposition of matters on the merits.

While completing her legal education, she served as Managing Editor of Staff of the Hofstra Law Review.

Outside of the office, Victoria is an avid runner and completed the 2024 New York City Marathon.
