William H. Baldwin is an Associate in the Nashville office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

While in law school, William worked as a judicial intern to the honorable Justice Waverly D. Crenshaw Jr. and Justice William L. Campbell Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He also worked as an in-house counsel intern at Lifepoint Health in the area of Healthcare Compliance & Operations.
