Wendy Holley represents clients in a variety of matters including premises liability, personal injury, employment law, PAGA actions, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Wendy began her career in insurance defense, coverage, and litigation, gaining extensive courtroom and case management experience. She later expanded her practice to immigration law, handling complex matters including T-Visas, U-Visas, adjustment of status, and naturalization. After a period devoted to family, during which she remained engaged in legal and community matters, Wendy returned to litigation practice with a broadened perspective, combining her diverse legal background with strong problem-solving skills and practical insight to serve her clients effectively.

Wendy has also been an active member of the equine community for over a decade. Her familiarity with the industry is complemented by hands-on experience in negotiating and drafting contracts for horse leases, sales, lease-to-own arrangements, as well as in dispute resolution. This combination of legal expertise and deep industry knowledge enables her to understand and address the unique needs of clients in the equine world.
