William A. Pearson focuses his practice on defending a wide range of civil claims throughout much of New England. Will represents clients in professional liability defence, medical malpractice defence, premises liability claims, and employment matters. He has experience handling matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, and has secured favourable decisions for clients across these forums.
- Secured a recent jury defence verdict in the U.S. District Court in Maine in a medical malpractice matter involving claims of more than $6 million in damages arising from a workplace fall.
