William Irvin

Associate

William (“Will”) T. Irvin focuses his practice in commercial litigation and employment law. Will represents and serves clients by advising on litigation strategy, drafting a wide range of motions, reviewing and amending general corporate practices, and conducting legal research. Before joining GRSM, Will was a Law Clerk with the firm working in numerous practice groups.

Will earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, Will was involved with both local and Midwest chapters of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), serving as a Secretary and Sub-Regional Director for Region 4, respectively, served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Z. Lee for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, gaining invaluable insight into legal research and writing, and was a legal intern for the Notre Dame Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, gaining valuable experience in advising and handling various trademark maters, including submitting an application to the USPTO.
