William R. Ginn brings more than two decades of litigation experience to his practice, having served as lead counsel in various complex civil matters before both federal and state courts. His areas of concentration include extensive work in insurance bad faith litigation, commercial disputes, and appellate law. William has successfully tried cases, argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Nevada Supreme Court, and represented clients in proceedings before administrative law judges.
