Whitney C. Stewart

Whitney Stewart focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation.

Whitney graduated with honors from Southern University and A&M College in 2013, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology. In 2019, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, graduating magna cum laude. She was also recognized for graduating in the top five percent of her class. While attending the Southern University Law Center, Whitney was a member of the Journal of Race, Gender, & Poverty, serving as the Executive Editor. She also served as a Judicial Law Extern to the Honorable Brian A. Jackson, United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.

Outside of the courtroom, Whitney is an Adjunct Professor of Law and Writing Fellow at the Southern University Law Center, where she teaches bar preparation for the Louisiana State Bar Examination and ethics for the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination.
