With more than ten years in civil litigation, Xue “Yuki” Chang brings a rare perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the courtroom. She launched her career at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm before moving to insurance defense, where she handled general torts, construction defects, and a broad range of related matters. Yuki has since expanded her practice to include business litigation and employment law, serving in business and employment disputes taken to trial with successful results. The product of both the plaintiff and defense bar, Yuki pairs courtroom-tested advocacy with a practical, results-driven approach to every client’s matter.
- Delivered a resounding arbitration result in a construction defect and breach of contract matter, defeating every cross-claim against the client while recovering on most of the client’s own claims.
- Defeated a former employee’s wrongful termination-related claims in their entirety at arbitration, saving the employer client millions of dollars in potential liability.
