Yael Silverstein

Yael has extensive experience drafting motions and trying cases. She has conducted many trials, arbitrations, and depositions, and has engaged in settlement negotiations. Yael has also argued and won an appeal in New York’s Appellate Term.

One of Yael’s recent successes was securing a victory for a major airline. After a default judgment was granted against the airline, Yael successfully argued her client’s application for a writ of certiorari and won.
