Prior to joining GRSM, Mina worked at a midsize law firm where she had a national management-side employment practice. Mina represented corporate clients in a broad spectrum of industries, both counseling them and helping them navigate the entire litigation life cycle in single plaintiff and collective actions involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, leave, wrongful discharge, wage and hour issues, unfair competition and trade secrets, and whistleblowing claims pursuant to Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA and state law.

In law school, Mina was President of the International Law Students Association and co-captain of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. She also clerked for a state court judge after graduation.  Before law school, Mina obtained a Masters in Government and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
