Timothy Chai is a Partner in the Cleveland office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Product & General Liability practice groups. Timothy’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of complex business & commercial litigation. His practice includes significant matters involving trade secrets and non-compete, breach of contract, and business disputes. His practice also necessitates operating as counsel for both the Plaintiff and the Defendant, which offers unique insight into the litigation process and helps develop effective strategy.
