Y. Moin Ghadimi’s practice focuses on insurance and casualty litigation. With extensive experience litigating cases from initial intake to trial, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, Moin helps clients navigate the challenges of the litigation process. Moin’s keen analysis of the strengths and exposures of each case provides clients with the critical information necessary to make sound business and risk-based decisions. A strong advocate for his clients, Moin has found success in the courtroom with his knowledge of the law and ability to explain complicated legal concepts to everyday people.

Moin has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of legal matters.  Most recently, Moin has gained invaluable experience representing insurance companies, and their insureds, in personal injury related litigation.  These skills, honed through over a decade in the courtroom, have helped provide his clients with exceptional results in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.

Outside of the office, Moin enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, traveling to new places and coaching little league.

  • Obtained a jury verdict in personal injury case for $1 in non-economic damages each for two Plaintiffs seeking over $250,000 in damages in an admitted-liability accident.
  • Secured nominal award in a binding arbitration in a wage loss PIP case.
  • Obtained a defense verdict in a bench trial in a property line dispute between two neighbors.
